Less Ash and Residue Means Less Cleaning
Our Wood Pellets have quite low ash and residue compare to others at this price. Our process eliminates the need for fillers or additives that many manufacturers have to include to get their BTU ratings up. Our pellets burn hot but produce only 20 cups of ash per ton! That is because we use high quality forested pine with no fillers, and control moisture content throughout our process. This combination results in low ash, clean chimneys and carbon neutral emissions.
High thermal capacity. Pellets produce 4.5 - 5.0 kW / kg, as much as traditional coal. And when 1000 kilograms of pellets are burned, the same amount of heat is released, for example, when we burn: 1600 kg of wood, 475 cubic meters of gas, 500 liters of diesel fuel, 685 liters of fuel oil.
Do not cause allergies: the technology of pellet production eliminates the content of spores and the formation of dust.
Relatively low fuel price. The cost of pellets is lower than other types of fuel, as in fact they are waste from agricultural and sawmill production. For the production of pellets, no production, processing and special transportation systems are required.
